The Akademos Society held its Annual General Meeting on Sunday 13 March 2016. The board members presented their reports, and discussed the various aspects of the Scholarship Program, including the following:
- 2015-16 Program evaluation and assessment
- 2015-16 Financial Statements review and analysis
- Programs and plans for the scholarship year 2015-16
- Expanding and diversifying the scholarship outreach program, including partnership with like-minded organisations and individuals
- Providing additional academic support for the students
- Fundraising and financial outlook for the scholarship year 2015-16
- Expansion of Akademos membership and support networks
and
- Development and launch of the Akademos Society website as an administrative platform, a scholarship information hub, and a digital home for Akademos Society.
