Akademos Society strongly believes in financial transparency, accountability, compliance and efficiency. These principles are integral part of our financial management.

In financial year (FY) 2013-14 and 2014-15, Akademos delivered a surplus – this means we were able to offer additional scholarships in the following year (2015-16). We have been able to do this thanks to an effective donation campaign that increased our one-off donations significantly. The Akademos board continues to make important contribution which has improved financial sustainability of the organisation.
